How do I check if my date is available?

You can check your date through our online availability form. Simply provide your event details and we will get back you to confirm if your date is available.

When should you book to secure your date?

The earlier you book, the better. Especially for weekends and popular dates across Orange and the Central West. If your event is coming up soon, still send us an enquiry and we’ll check availability.

Question 3

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due anytime before your event date or 30 days before your event.

How do I secure my booking?

Once you've selected your package and we have confirmed your date is available. We are ready to proceed, we'll provide you with a Client Service Agreement that needs to be signed and non-refundable deposit payment is required to secure your booking. Your date is only secured once these have been completed.

When is my final payment due?

Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We'll send you a reminder and final invoice before the due date. You're also welcome to pay the remaining balance at any time before the due date.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Absolutely! We understand that event details can change. If you need to update your package, print design, timeline, backdrop selection, enhancements or other event details, simply let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate any changes, subject to availability and the timing of your event.

Do you travel for events?

Absolutely! Bow Tie Photobooths is based in Orange, NSW, and we proudly service Orange, Bathurst and surrounding areas.We also travel to events throughout the wider Central West and beyond. A flat $50 travel fee applies to locations 50 km or more from Orange.If you're unsure whether your event location falls within our travel area, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
